Basic tool kit

Xacto knife

Sanding block

Mini glue dots

pop dots

hole punch

black ink

diamond glaze

3 book rings

Ok..lets get started….{ at the end of the project…you will have a TON of extras…that was my main goal for this kit club…to be able to do a project and then have leftovers for other things like layouts cards….anther mini book. and so-on…}

Cover:

1. Take the recipe card and tear off a portion on the bottom half.

using a dry adhesive, adhere some to the backside of the top to adhere the yellow crepep paper. This will form that cute ruffle.

2. adhere to the cover.

3. trim a 1x6 piece of pattern paper and adhere to the bottom of the torn paper.

4. adhere title "friends" or whatever you would lke...i uses friends...

5. adhere a small strip of the celebrate stickers to the bottom.

page 1. (remember front and back..using both sides of the insert)

1. trim a 6 1/2 x 5 piece of pattern paper, you may ink or distress the edges and adhere it to the insert.

2. trim a portion of the scallop pattern paper and pop dot it onto the bottom of the page.

3.punch out a couple of flowers from the diecut sheet and fold in the petals to create dimension. adhere them to the left side of the page.

page2.

1. trim a 7 x 5 1/2 piece of pattern paper and adhere it to the insert.

2. adhere photo, take that left over torn bottom piece from the recipe card and adhere to the bottom portion.

3. hand cut a portion of a design from a pattern paper, and pop dot it to the left side. {i used the prima paper so cute}

4. again using one of the 7 gypsies sticker strips adhere one of your choice to the page.

Page 4.

1. trim a 8 x 5 1/2 piece of pattern paper and adhere it to the insert.

2. adhere some pink crepe paper to the left side of photo to create a ruffle.

3. adhere photo.

4.punch out a die cut of your choice and adhere it the right side of the photo pop dotting it up.

5. adhere a sticker strip {7 gypsies) to the photo and title it...

Page 6.

1.trim a 8 x 5 1/2 peice of pattern paper and adhere it to the insert.

2. trim a 2 x 5 1/2 piece of solid color paper and adhere the swirl pink paislee rub on to it. adhere the tot he left side.

3. punch out the flowers and adhere then in the center of the swirl.

4. adhere title using the letter stickers.

Page 7.

1. trim a 8 x 6 piece of pattern paper and adhere it to the insert.

2. trim anther pice of pattern paper to 5 x 6 1/2 and adhere to the the page. {photo mat}

3. create a border with the fabric {using a stapler just fold it back and fourth} and then adhere it to the left side of the page.

4. cut a pice of pattern from a paper { ised the prima again i LOVE that paper} and adhere it to the border.

5. adhere photo and title it....

1. ok you will 2 pices of pattern apper cuts....5 3/4 x 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 and adhere thos to the insert.

3. adhere the bead border tot he bottom

4 create a fun 3d embellie by layering the cut outs adhere that to the right side...

PLEASE note the LAST page in this album was NOT USED...you WILL have ONE insert left over...i used mice a a frame on a easel in my scrap room...
