Ok..lets get started….{ at the end of the project…you will have a TON of extras…that was my main goal for this kit club…to be able to do a project and then have leftovers for other things like layouts cards….anther mini book. and so-on…}
**now remember when you are placing the photos in the book that it opens from the top..so the backside of the page the photos will look upside down…make sense..but not really because when you flip the book open the pictures are right side up…I know confusing.. **
{Prep Work}
You are going to be using 7 pages total. Take your album and cover it front and back with the pattern paper. Now you are going to become best friends with your xacto knife. Once all the pages are covered and trimmed go ahead and either ink or sand your edges.

Take covered cover and adhere red scallop note card to right side, letting a little bit of it hang off. Trim up the edge.
Take wood tree and adhere to the bottom right side.
Adhere title to the cover. I chose the title “snapshots” but this is your project so you can title it whatever you would like. Just make sure some of the title is on the tree.

Make sure the back cover matches the pattern paper on the front cover.

Take black envelope and trim off the bottom so you make it smaller to fit into the book.
Since there is now an opening on the bottom take a strip of paper and trim it to 2x4. Adhere that to the bottom by folding it over to create a closure for the envelope.
Now this is your little insert for extras. You can decorate it and title it any way you would like. I chose to put a rub-on on it and the felt flower.
This is a fun little embellishment you can put into any book you make. How cute would a whole book be made out of these envelopes….hmmmmm J
