{July Main Kit}

Supplies needed:

Basic tool kit

Xacto knife

Sanding block

Mini glue dots

pop dots

hole punch

corner rounder

Ok..lets get started….{ at the end of the project…you will have a TON of extras…that was my main goal for this kit club…to be able to do a project and then have leftovers for other things like layouts cards….anther mini book. and so-on…}

Cover:

1. Trim a piece of pattern paper to 7x6 and adhere to the cover. You will need to trim the end up a little nit.

2. Adhere the "adornit" border scallop sticker to the cover, trim to fit. Take the remaning piece of the border and pop dot it up onto the scallop {as seen in photo}

3. adhere chipboard piece, and title above the border.

4. adhere the coffee filter flower to the right lower side.

 

Trim 13 pieces of pattern paper to 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 and adhere them to the fronts and backs of the inserts. On the last page leave blank .You will have one remaining insert left over. Feel free to ink or distress the edges of the papers before you adhere them.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Cut out the title from a snippet of paper

3. adhere a photo corner to the picture using a pop dot.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert. {i stitched alond my photo with purple thread}

2. Cut 2 x 10 piece of pattern paper of your choice and stitch it down the middle folding it as you stitch it. { if you are NOT a sewer then just staple the folds and adhere it to the bottom of the page.

3. Adhere title using the big alphas.

Page3.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Use one of the title stickers for this page. { to create that loop figure just cut 2 "o"s in half and adhere them on each side of the title sticker}

3. Embellish with buttons

Page 4.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Trim a 1 x 3 piece of pattern paper and adhere it to the photo, fold over the excess piece.

3. Adhere the stamped tag, and label sticker

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Stitch the crepe paper to create a ruffle with it and adhere to the bottom of the photo. {a FAVORITE of mine}

3. Adhere a couple of the paper flowers and a title.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Adhere a 1 x 6 strip of pattern paper.

3. Adhere a snippet of the border line sticker {adornit}

4. Punch a scalloped circle out of the pattern paper and adhere a sticker to the center of it.

1. Before Adhereing photo to the covered insert Tie a piece of fabric to the top of the photo. I cut the fabric in half length wise to make it thinner. Add a flower to the knot.

2. Adhere some title stickers {adornit} to the lower portion of the photo

3. Adhere a snippet of the ball trim to the page.

1. Staple 4 crinkled squares to the left side of the photo. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Pop dot 4 different ciecle stickers to the sqaures.

3. Title the page with the mini alphas.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Trim 4 slivers of pattern paper and adhere them around the photo to create a frame.

3. Embellish the chipboard flower and adhere it to the lower left side.

1. Adhere a torn piece of the note paper to the bottom of the page.

2. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

3. Adhere a snippet of ribbon to the lower part of the photo.

4. Using the adornit photo corners create a flower with them as showen in photo.

1. Trim a 2 x 6 piece of pattern paper and a 1 x 6 piece and adhere them together. I stitched all the way around mine.

2. Adhere the border to the right side of covered insert.

3. Adhere photo

4. Adhere chipboard tag, and embellish it with stickers.

1. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Adhere title using the large alphas, ALSO incase you need a extra "M" you can always use two "N" 's to make a "M" {see photo}

3. Pop dot up different letters in the title.

4. I used some of the title stickers from the add on kit but you can use some from the main kit if you did not buy the add on..

1. Adhere some crepe paper to the right side of the photo and trim it with deckle sciccors. Adhere photo to the covered insert.

2. Using the title "LAUGH" adhere it down the right side.

3. adhere a photo corner to the left lower side.

1. Cut various strips in widths and lengths and adhere them to the page.

2. Adhere photo.

3. Ok when i saw this flower on kerry lynns kenner road blog i just knew i had to make one...she is SO SUPER talented...so here is her link to see how to create this FUN flower... she has a fantastic kit club and blog...i know I have a great kit club to...but you gotta give credit where credit is deserved....

4. Using the title stickers from the add on kit adhere various ones to the right side of photo. NOW i used alot but this is a picture of the michael jackson shrine on the corner of his house...it was SO very sad..but i new last week when we went up to L.A. we had to go by there.....RIP MJ..

Now put all your pages back in there binder....and tie on the fabric and ribbons and flowers to the spine..also you will want to cover the inside cover pages.... as always.....enjoy..
